You may be able to hold back these relentless beasts, but that doesn't mean it's easy! Keep these demons in their place by physical activities, practicing relaxation, resisting the urge to hold a grudge. Don't feed these demons with things that are out of your control. It's hard to let go of injustice or bitterness. At times it's more of a damaging burden to carry than it is to let go.
